There shouldn't be. I ran into that before with one of the younger ones. When I sent them a new invitation from me as the network creator they were able to get in. What email are you using for him? I will send a new invite and see if that works. If we still run into problems, I will contact you for more information so I can set the profile up for you.
Lu - See Ning Support's response - can you give me a bit more detail?
Hello,
Thanks for your message and and I'm sorry to hear members on your
network are experiencing this issue. Ning is scaled and develop to
support even incredibly large networks so we're here for you guys!
If possible, can you send over some steps to reproduce for the issues
you're seeing? For example, with the member not receiving messages to
their inbox, do you know how long this has been happening? Also, what
types of messages are being sent? Are these broadcast messages? Also,
the music player issue might be due to members uploading more than 100
songs to their music player. If they remove the additional music they
should be able to get their music player functioning.
It might also be easiest if you have the members contact us individually
and we'll be more than happy to help them individually!
Please let me know if you have anymore questions and I"m happy to help!

Trev, Most of the functionality you are referring to is controlled by the platform itself. It is actually a third party platform that we take "out of the box" and customize. They are still in active development and are taking requests for new features. They update every couple of weeks so things are slowly changing, but as platforms go it is still pretty new. Some things you can control - you can remove the feed from the home page if you like. The network administrators can blast message the entire network, but not mass post. As far as the layouts are concerned, you can control them somewhat with the themes, or you can create a custom CSS and upload it. You CAN gain access to the source codes, but once you request this access you lose access to further ning updates and are pretty much totally responsible for it from that point on. You can check here for questions, comments and updates about the site: http://developer.ning.com/. There is also a developer blog and help area. Hope this helps! Rebekah
As soon as the audio guys get it produced and onto the server. It isn't up yet, but I am keeping an eye out for it and will get it up as soon as I can. It should be within the next couple of days.
Not sure if this was ever covered: Can we get an 'autorefresh' feature installed into the site? I would love to have my page up, and have it automatically refresh every few minutes. I have seen this with different websites - not sure how difficult it is to make happen.... thanks in advance!
Can you please tell me how to upload a youtube video into the website. I tried the following and it didnt work
1) pasting the url into the 'add a comment' box
2) clicking on the 'add hyperlink' button and pasting the URL in there
3) clicking on the 'add an image' icon and pasting the URL in there
