Basement Apt

I am currently looking for a basement apartment to rent. I am going to SOM next year and thought that a basement apartment would allow me to be able to do this. So if any one has a basement apartment they would like to rent out please let me know. Thanks.

It's not very far from Church...Buford Drive & Russell Ridge. It is a 2 bedroom (in our case it's 1 bdrm & 1 office), living room, kitchen - open to dining area. 2 parking spaces are just a few steps from the door. The back of the apartment (kit, dining, ofc) has windows going across. French doors on living room. Doorbell. Here's the oddity: the bathroom is up a flight of stairs, all by itself...it's long and rather narrow. Rent is $550 which includes all of your utilities (if electricity runs too high, we chip in).
