- About Me:
- Kidz, friends, sport. Music, communications, writing and learning. 2 years ago, I was very overweight, lethargic, inactive and very unhappy. In the last 2 years I've slowly changed all that. I love to bike, train for events and motivate others into a healthy lifestyle. I love my Mac computer, and learning all about it. I love kids and communicating values to them in an entertaining way!

I wanted to tell you too that I checked out the videos you told us about at lunch - Walk Away the Pounds. I LOVE it!! I am doing the 45 minute 3 mile walk and sweating sooooo bad!!! It's GREAT!!
